Customers must contact Future AI Techs within 7 days of delivery to request a return for an eligible product. This standard window does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

2. How to Request a Return

Email glittersdynasty@gmail.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and the reason for your request. For damaged, defective or incorrect products, include clear photographs where possible.

3. Return Approval and Instructions

All returns require prior approval. Do not send any product back before receiving authorization and return instructions from Future AI Techs.
